Now we are looking for a Technical consultant for our client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process consulting and analysis of relevant business processes together withthe project teams and adoption and coordination of the recorded requirements
- Recording and definition of the requirements from the customer’s perspective with the involvement of internal IT, the specialist departments and external service providers
- Supporting the sales and presales teams in the presales phase
- Technical conception and customising for business requirements in collaboration with the project teams
- Conducting requirements workshops and attending appointments at the customer’s premises
- Creating functional specifications based on the analysed business processes
Requirements:
- Professional experience in Dynamics 365 projects
- Knowledge of business intelligence technologies
- Experience in working with customers, ideally from different industries
- Good understanding of CRM and ERP systems and how they work
- Certification as a requirement engineer is an advantage
- Broad know-how and technical/process understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform & modules esp. Project Operations Module
- Very good handling of Office 365, especially Visio, MS Project, Teams,Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Empathic personality with excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance with strong customer orientation
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
