Our team is over 50 people including web (C#/.NET, Java, JS) & mobile (iOS/Android/Ionic) developers together with business analysts, project managers, QA, and support staff. Job Description:

As a Techno Architect specializing in Software, Data, and AI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technology landscape of our organization.

Your responsibilities will encompass establishing and leading the Technology and Integration Architecture department, enhancing current products and solutions architecture, developing documentation, designing new systems architecture for both internal product development and customer implementation projects, and providing training and consultation to technical and business colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

1-Establishing Technology and Integration Architecture Department:

• Define the structure and objectives of the Technology and Integration Architecture department.
• Recruit and onboard team members with expertise in software, data, and AI architecture.
• Develop strategies and roadmaps for advancing technology architecture within the organization.

2-Enhancing Current Products and Solutions Architecture:

• Assess existing products and solutions architecture to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement architectural enhancements that improve scalability, performance, and security.
• Document existing architecture patterns, components, and integration points for reference and future updates.

3-Designing New Systems Architecture: • Lead the design of architecture for new product development initiatives and customer implementation projects.

• Define architectural standards, principles, and best practices to guide development efforts.
• Ensure alignment with industry standards and emerging technologies in software, data, and AI.

4-Training and Development:

• Provide training sessions to technical and business colleagues on architecture concepts, tools, and methodologies.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in architecture design and implementation.

5-Technology Governance and Documentation:

• Establish technology governance frameworks to ensure compliance with architectural standards and guidelines.
• Enforce adherence to architecture principles and policies across development teams.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture decisions, patterns, and guidelines.

6-Consultation to CEO:

• Provide strategic consultation to the CEO on key technology topics, including emerging trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology strategy with business objectives and priorities.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced certifications in architecture (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) preferred.
• Proven experience in software, data, and AI architecture, with a track record of designing and implementing complex systems.
• Strong understanding of architecture principles, patterns, and best practices in software development, data management, and artificial intelligence.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership abilities with experience in building and leading high-performing architecture teams.
• Proficiency in architecture modeling tools, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies in software, data, and AI.
