Project – Education sector. 
Full technology stack on the project – Confluence, Jira ,Trello , SQL ,Power BI / Tableau   . 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior role.

• Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.

• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.

• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, or Lucidchart.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical language for non-technical audiences.

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.

• Experience in a software, technology, or SaaS environment is a plus.

• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) or SQL for data analysis is a plus.

• Knowledge of UX/UI principles or experience working with design teams is a plus.

• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile (CSPO, PSM) is a plus.

 

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements.

• Translate business needs into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and use cases.

• Analyze and improve business processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

• Lead requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and solution discovery sessions.

• Work closely with product owners, development teams, and QA to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.

• Support project planning, prioritization, and delivery by providing clear and actionable insights.

• Facilitate change management, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training as needed.

• Conduct data analysis to validate solutions and support business decision-making.

• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to improving BA practices and standards within the organization.
