Python .Net Lead Developer

Our team is over 50 people including web (C#/.NET, Java, JS) & mobile (iOS/Android/Ionic) developers together with business analysts, project managers, QA, and support staff. Project - application for booking places for trailers in Europe. There are mobile and web versions of the product. Now the development phase is active.
Full technology stack on the project - Laravel, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, ReactJS, VueJS, NextJS, WebSocket, Nginx, Docker.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, including lead developer experience (preferred).
• Strong expertise in Python and .NET framework (C# preferred).
• Experience with various development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing development teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
• Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) is preferred .
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS is preferred.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is preferred.

Your Mission:

• Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining Python and .NET applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as they arise.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and scalability.
