Our team is over 50 people including web (C#/.NET, Java, JS) & mobile (iOS/Android/Ionic) developers together with business analysts, project managers, QA, and support staff. Project - application for booking places for trailers in Europe. There are mobile and web versions of the product. Now the development phase is active.
Full technology stack on the project - Laravel, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, ReactJS, VueJS, NextJS, WebSocket, Nginx, Docker.

Requirements:

• At least 12+ years of experience with Software Development Methodologies.
• Experience in microservices architecture and implementation-level design.
• Provide recommendations to enhance the existing software development process.
• Designing, coding, testing, documenting, and deploying applications based on system and user requirements and expert knowledge in analyzing, designing, and developing solutions to highly complex problems.
• Review and manage development team members’ work and schedules.
• Deep experience with ASP .NET with great knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ensures expected application performance levels are achieved. 
• Participate and develop code as part of a unified development group, working the whole technological stack between platform and UI concerns. 
• Understand technical project priorities, implementation dependencies, risks and issues.
• Ability to lead, inspire and motivate teams through effective communication and established credibility.
• Working in an Agile environment.
• Fluent English speaker is a must.
