Junior Odoo Developer

Headquartered in the heart of the automobile industry, Stuttgart (Germany), our expertise stretches from automotive, healthcare, travel, financial, governmental, insurance to manufacturing industries.

Our team is over 50 people including web (C#/.NET, Java, JS) & mobile (iOS/Android/Ionic) developers together with business analysts, project managers, QA and support staff. Our corporate culture is characterized by agile processes, autonomous teams without hierarchies, as well as openness and transparency – both internally and with our clients. Currently, we are searching for Junior Odoo Developer to join the big team of professional in Cairo. We are looking for an active, responsive, and devoted person.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom Odoo modules and functionalities to meet specific business needs.
• Customize and extend existing Odoo modules to fit client requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts and other developers to understand workflows and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues within the Odoo system.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications as needed.
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Odoo features and best practices.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•  (2-3)+ years of experience with Odoo development.
• In-depth knowledge of Python programming language and Odoo framework.
• Understanding of database management concepts (often PostgreSQL).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Proficiency in web development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• At least Upper-Intermediate English (all internal communication is in English).
