Our
Processes

First Scenario
Evolvice is fully relocating the employee to the client from the first day.
Second Scenario
The employee is working on site in Evolvice office within the trial period (3 months).

Evolvice starts organizing the visa from the moment the job offer is accepted and the contract is signed

The client must send the physical job offer and contract for Evolvice to successfully manage the visa application.

Terms for receiving the visa are from 2 to 6 months.

Employee may work in the Evolvice office until the visa approval or start directly on site from the first day.

Once the visa is acquired Evolvice makes sure the candidate arranges their flight and starts in the client’s office on the agreed day and time.

During this period we provide employees with HR and administration support, cultural and GDPR trainings, as well as workstation organization.

The employee is working with the client remotely, getting onboarded and integrated into the environment.

Once the probation period is passed successfully and the visa is acquired, the candidate is moving to the UK/Germany and starts working on site:

 

  • Evolvice can start arranging the visa once the job offer is accepted and the contract is signed.
  • Evolvice can start arranging the visa once the trial period is successfully passed.
