Project description: globally active team of around 700 employees—you’ll become part of the digital transformation. Together with our colleagues, we design tailor-made services—from consulting and implementation right through to operations.
Together with our teammates, we develop customer-specific business software based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI. Our core tasks include analyzing, optimizing, and digitizing customer processes. This enables our clients to maximise the benefits of CRM, ERP, and BI. audius is your partner for flexibility.
Now we are looking for Senior Dynamics 365 Specialist to join our team.
Your future tasks:
- Lead and own CRM projects from requirements analysis through successful implementation
- Design and configure tailored CRM solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially in the areas of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights, Service, or Field Service
- Coordinate the project team and external service providers
- Manage projects end-to-end, using the latest technologies to solve technical challenges
- Handle key account management, including identifying growth potential
- Actively contribute to the evolution of our CRM strategy and Microsoft Dynamics 365 portfolio
Your profile:
- Several years of consulting or project management experience in IT, CRM, or business intelligence (BI), with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights, Service, or Field Service
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented, independent working style that drives projects forward with enthusiasm and responsibility
- Motivation to work on exciting client projects with modern technologies and avoid routine
- Team spirit, excellent communication skills, and a service-oriented mindset
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, and knowledge of German will be a plus.
