Evolvice is a German nearshore service provider with branches in Egypt and Ukraine. Founded in 2012, Evolvice has a strong technical background and business domain knowledge, combining software engineering and Agile methodology, leading its’ clients path to digital transformation. Headquartered in the heart of the automobile industry, Stuttgart (Germany), our expertise stretches from automotive, healthcare, travel, financial, governmental, insurance to manufacturing industries.

Our team is over 50 people including web (C#/.NET, Java, JS) & mobile (iOS/Android/Ionic) developers together with business analysts, project managers, QA and support staff. Our corporate culture is characterized by agile processes, autonomous teams without hierarchies, as well as openness and transparency – both internally and with our clients. Currently, we are searching for Client Solution Architect to join the big team of professionals in Cairo. We are looking for an active, responsive, and devoted person.

              Key Responsibilities

    Client Engagement

·         Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, technical requirements, and challenges.

·         Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on cloud & cloud-native application development strategies, best practices, and technology solutions.

·         Manage Client Experience, forge, maintain, and manage deep relationships with external and internal clients. Demonstrate dedication to every client's success and act with accountability for all client relationships. Use client insight to address problem areas and deliver solutions that drive sustainable value and positively impact client expectations.

·         Perform Negotiations, create win/win situations through flexibility and making tradeoffs. Prepare for and reach agreement between or among parties including multiple internal functions, client LOB and IT executives, business partners. Articulate competing points of view, conflicts of interest and competing alternatives. Assist the (pre) sales team to negotiate with client professionals to craft win/win solutions to specific tactical project issues and problems.

       Product Expertise

·         Prepare and deliver technical product presentations (in various formats)

·         Prepare and present multipurpose and customer-specific demo assets (in various formats)

·         Manage customer-specific inquiries regarding product usage (direct requests) or product capabilities (RFI/RFPs, sizing, etc.)

          Solution Design

·         Work with clients to design cloud-based enterprise applications that meet their specific needs.

·         Develop comprehensive technical documentation and solution proposals.

          Cloud Platform Expertise

·         Leverage expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., Openshift, AWS, Azure, GCP) to design scalable and resilient solutions.

·         Guide clients on selecting the most suitable cloud services and technologies for their applications.

·         Guide clients on how to best integrate our offerings into their existing environment, based on their individual constraints.

          Technical Leadership

·         Lead technical discussions with clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of cloud-native application architecture, security, and performance considerations.

·         Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of proposed solutions.

         Best Practices and Standards

·         Advocate for and enforce best practices related to cloud application development, security, and compliance.

·         Stay updated on industry standards and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.

         Project Management

·         Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure that technical aspects of projects align with timelines and objectives.

·         Provide technical guidance to project teams and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

         Client education

·         Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on cloud technologies and best practices.

·         Foster a collaborative relationship by sharing insights and knowledge.


     -    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

   -    Proven experience as a Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or similar role.

   -  In-depth understanding of cloud computing concepts and services.

   -  Experience with (multiple) cloud platforms (Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP).

   -    Strong architecture and design skills with a focus on cloud-native applications.

   -   Certification in cloud technologies (e.g., RedHat Openshift Certified Solution Architect, AWS

   -  Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).

   -      Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

   -    Knowledge of microservices architecture.

   -    Excellent presentation and communication skills.

   -    Client-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships.

    -    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

         -    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  -    Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
